Camp Director Graeme Millar

Graeme MillarGraeme Millar
Camp Director/ Athletic Director Jemicy School

Graeme Millar took over as the Athletic Director at the Jemicy School on July 1, 2024. Millar concluded an 18 year career at Stevenson University serving as the Head Men's Soccer Coach, Head Women's Soccer Coach and as an Associate Athletic Director. Millar accepted the Athletic Director position at Jemicy School, an independent school serving grades 1-12, and is recognized as an international leader in educating students with dyslexia and language-based differences. Millar served as the coach of the men's soccer team since 2017, leading the Mustangs to five straight MAC Commonwealth playoff berths in his seven seasons at the helm (no season in 2020 due to COVID). In his 17-year coaching career at Stevenson, Millar's programs only missed the playoffs one time, during his first year with the men's soccer program. In only his second season (2018), Millar turned a program around from a 3-win season to 12, culminating with their first ever appearance in the MAC playoffs. The following year (2019), Millar led the Mustangs to a 14-7-3 record and an ECAC Semi-final berth, coming within one win shy of tying the program record.

The winningest coach in program history, Millar previously served as head coach of the women's soccer program for 10 seasons, guiding the Mustangs to the NCAA tournament in 2010 and 2014. The 2010 team was the only women's sport to win a Capital Athletic Conference Championship and was inducted into the Stevenson Hall of Fame in 2022 as a team of tradition. The 2014 team captured the MAC Commonwealth championship, defeating top-ranked Messiah University, one of eight postseason appearances including an ECAC crown in 2012. He was a three-time Coach of the Year selection and recorded his 100th career win against Christopher Newport in the 2014 NCAA tournament first round. In his 17 years coaching college soccer at Stevenson, Millar accumulated an overall record of 166-131-42 for a .550 winning percentage.
